Meet Dr. Zanca | Meet the Staff
Dr. Zanca has been passionate about the orthodontic care he provides since 1981. He enjoys all aspects of orthodontics, and takes great pride in his ability to share with his patients the gift of a beautiful smile and improved oral health. For over 25 years, Dr. Zanca has lived in the Midcoast area of Maine. He knows and understands the communities he serves, and he strives to provide the most personal care possible.
Education
Dr. Zanca completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maine in Orono. He later went on to attended dental school at Tufts University of Dental Medicine. Dr. Zanca continued his education, and eventually graduated from Boston University's Dental School and Department of Orthodontics. He is recognized as a certified orthodontist by the American Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Zanca regularly participates in continuing education, and is actively involved in the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, and the New England Study Club of Orthodontics. Dr. Zanca enjoys giving back to the communities that have given him so much support over the years, and generously gives donations to various charitable organizations throughout the Midcoast area.
Outside of the practice…
Dr. Zanca has two wonderful children, Mariah and Jamie, who he loves very much. He enjoys spending time with his children, as well as skiing, boating, and traveling whenever he gets the chance. Dr. Zanca prides himself on offering the most current, yet conservative, orthodontic treatments. He specializes in orthodontics, but also in changing lives! Dr. Zanca looks forward to working with you, and helping you achieve the beautiful smile you've always wanted.
